This is an opportunity to work with one of Perth's leading construction contractors with a long standing reputation for the delivery of varied commercial projects. Due an ever growing portfolio of awarded contracts they are currently seeking a Contracts Administrator to bolster their team.



You will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager in dealing with claims, variations, and verifying sub-contractor claims on various commercial construction projects up to the value of $50m



You'll have a proven track record in contract administration, within a commercial construction environment, previous experience as a Contract Administrator working on the successful delivery of a WA commercial project is essential. You will display a high degree of motivation and desire to succeed. Previous experience using CHEOPS would be advantageous.
