This highly regarded organisation has been through a period of exciting change recently. As part of their strategy they are implementing real change and improvement within their Procurement function.



An exciting role now exists within their strategic procurement team. Working with a team of highly passionate and capable professionals you will take on Strategic Sourcing and Category Management responsibilities.



You will use your initiative to develop and maintain sourcing strategies for various industrial categories. You will lead and support the business with their tendering and procurement process and policy.

Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders you will achieve value-based outcomes and minimise risk.



The successful candidate will have significant experience in a category management role ideally within heavy industry (although other industries will also be considered).



Thorough knowledge of the procurement and tendering process is required as well as well developed written, oral and interpersonal skills. You should have a proactive and enthusiastic attitude to your work and be able to bring innovative ideas to the table.



A base salary of around $110k is on offer together with a work-life balance and first class management is on offer.

AUD100000.00 - AUD110000.00 per annum
