Strong opportunity to step up to a Managing Director role



The world's largest producer of French fries and other oven-ready frozen food products is looking to hire a Head of Field Sales to drive growth in the Japanese market.



This role will directly report to the Managing Director delivering profitable sales volume from the End User community such as pubs, restaurants, hotels and outlets with catering facilities.



The ideal candidate will be a mid-career professional with 10 years experience of proven successful lead and development of a sales team within FMCG with a focus on the End User.



The current Managing Director is an expat who will stay in Japan for only a limited amount of time therefore there is strong opportunity for the right candidate to step up to a Managing Director role within 3 to 5 years time.



NATIVE LEVEL OF JAPANESE AND FLUENCY IN ENGLISH ARE REQUIRED
