Due to exponential growth, an opportunity has now arisen for a Property Acquisitions Specialist to join the Buyers Agents business area.



You will be provided with clients and leads of investors, leaving your core function to be sourcing potential investment properties and development sites across the Perth metro area. Through thorough preparation of comprehensive property reports, you will educate and communicate an effective property strategy to clients. To successfully perform this role, you will have substantial practical valuation experience and detailed knowledge of valuation principles and practices. You will have demonstrable experience in research and analytical skills, intermediate to advanced IT skills and a high level of emotional intelligence. As a self starter, you will be outcome focused with exceptional communication skills.
