Management Accountant

Our client, a growing SME based near Crawley, is seeking a Part-qualified accountant to join them as Management Accountant, reporting to the Finance Director. Key responsibilities of this job include production of monthly management accounts, variance analysis, preparation of budgets, balance sheet reconciliation's, and assisting on inter-company accounting. You will also have responsibility for managing one Accounts Assistant.



The successful candidate will be studying towards an Accountancy qualification (ACMA, ACCA, or ACA) or qualified by experience, with hands-on management accounting experience gained within a commercial environment. Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a small team, are essential requirements.
