PSG GBU FP&A Lead Role
The Personal Systems (PSG) Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team plays a critical role in the success of this organization by providing a foundation of robust planning and reporting processes that focus on explaining past results and forecasting future performance. We partner with every function in the company to provide valuable information and insights that drive both strategic and tactical business decisions on a magnitude that has direct impact to HP Inc.
The PSG FP&A Lead is a global business unit (GBU) role that is responsible for managing several aspects of the PSG business from a financial perspective.
1) Flash : Lead the monthly flash analysis process that builds on actual results to understand performance expectations by category that are forecast by each region. Explain trends and comparisons to measure feasibility of forecast and search for opportunities/risks within each plan.
2) LTF: Provide Lead oversight of the bi-annual LTF process, working closely with the PSG Strategy team to ensure a tight linkage between Strategic prioritized initiatives and aligned bottoms-up LTF plans by GBU. Drive the closure of any gaps between high-level targets and business plans.
3) Budget: Provide Lead oversight of the annual planning process, ensuring that all Interlock targets are properly translated into aligned bottoms-up Budget plans. Drive the closure of any gaps between Interlock and Budget, and provide analysis of final Budget commitments
Close partnerships with Strategy, R&D, WW Marketing, Region Finance, and the horizontal functions create a unique opportunity to develop a breadth of knowledge and a strong social network. Visibility extends to a number of directors and vice presidents, making this role a desirable opportunity for career-minded individuals.

Qualifications
Education and Experience Required:
• First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) strongly preferred.
• Typically 10+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
• Typically experienced in a variety of finance functions.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
