Associate TMT Investment Banking

As an Associate you would play a major role in executing transactions, supporting the origination of new deals and providing comprehensive industry analysis.



The team is comprised of some highly experienced bankers with extensive experience in the TMT sector with a current focus in aspirational growth companies ranging in value from £10m - £100m. The firm also takes an active interest in investing in start-ups with strong business models, innovative products & services and strong management teams where rapid and exponential growth opportunities exist.



Key responsibilities



* Detailed company valuation analysis including DCF, LBO and WACC modelling

* Provision of TMT sector analysis to support the origination of new deals

* Provide deal execution specialisation and project management of clients

* Preparation of presentation books, management presentations, Board materials, Memorandums, and other presentation materials for use in corporate finance transactions or strategic client dialogue

* Provide strategic input on deal management to ensure that transactions run smoothly and to agreed timescales



Skills required:



* Experience working in an Investment Bank or leading M&A Boutique

* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage senior client relationships comfortably

* Strong financial acumen with excellent financial modelling and valuation skills

* Very strong analytical / numeracy skills

* Strong personal stamina as the role requires working long hours to demanding timescales

* Strong exposure to both M&A and capital markets fund-raising activities.

* Highly organized, detail orientated and proactive

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
