Partner Designate - Accountancy Firm



A small and friendly accountancy practice in the Exeter area are currently recruiting a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) to join their team in a period of growth. Their aim is to appoint someone who will become a Partner of the firm within a period of approximately two years.



The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) with recent experience of working for an accountancy firm, dealing with a range of clients from start to finish. In this role you will have responsibility for a portfolio of clients, ranging in size and industry, but primarily SMEs. A background in audit is also required.



The type of person who will suit the culture of the firm will be prepared to be hands on, committed to providing the best possible service and have a good sense of humour. You could be someone with just a few years post-qualification experience as long as you have the right skills and experience for the role.
