My client a large project home builder based in the south-western suburbs of Sydney is expanding its team and looking for an experience production estimator. Due to expansion within the team there has become an opportunity an eager estimator who is keen to take their next step in their career.



This is a full time permanent position that will offer career development for the right candidate. Our client is looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years experience within the estimating field. A high level of attention to detail and experience within the residential building sector is required for this position. Experience using Data Build will be looked upon favourably for this position.



Your day to day duties will consist of liaising with subcontractors for costs and quotations, preparing bills of quantities for new house designs, preparing tender documentation, reviewing and analysing tender submissions, reviewing and managing supplier agreements along with liaising with internal departments to ensure strict deadlines are met.



You will be commercially minded person who is keen on further developing your skills .You will have a strong eye for detail and thrive on working in a fast paced environment. A highly motivated team player you will be eager for your next career opportunity.
