Our client is seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join a small, close-knit team of great people in a unique shopping centre. They understand the importance of having the right team on board and value each member of their staff.



Due to a recent vacancy, this client is seeking a highly motivated Administration Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.



In this position you will be required to provide administration support to the Centre Management team. Your key responsibilities will include liaising daily with customers clients and suppliers. Coordinating and managing contracts and leasing documentation, managing internal registers, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and invoicing. You will also be required to manage the financial administration of the team, record minutes for meetings and provide typing, word processing and general administration support.



To be considered for this position, you will have superior communication skills, be able to think on your feet and adapt to unpredictable events which may occur while multi-tasking. You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to solve problems under pressure whilst maintaining a team player attitude. Ideally you will have proven experience in the property or shopping centre industry
