Manager Investor Relations / Capital Markets

The Candidate:



* Min 2-3 years of experience in Europe, preferably in capital markets

* Should have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

* Candidates with actual deal experience or an Investor Relations background preferred

* MBA (or post graduate qualification ACA / MSc / CFA) from a reputable university

* Integrity and confidentiality is essential.



Responsibilities:

* Regular engagement with the Investor and Equity Analyst community to handle their queries satisfactorily

* Keep a tab on the capital markets inclusive of peer share prices and financial analysis

* Conduct industry analysis and maintain a data reservoir of the industry and peers

* Prepare a quarterly Investor Relations presentation and arrange IR conference calls

* Manage the IR section on the Company website and help in the preparation of relevant PR releases and market communications.

* Interact in a professional manner at all times with senior level management both internally and externally

* Effectively coordinate and host visits from investors, auditors, and other interested 3rd parties

* Help in documentation and execution of any potential capital market deals
