An excellent opportunity now arises for the Business Analyst (12 month contract) to join the team within Real Estate to support the roll out of key enhancements for portfolio information and analytics system. Our client invests in real estate and real estate-related assets outside of Singapore. They manage a well-diversified portfolio covering over 30 countries in property sectors.



The role plays a vital role in driving efforts to improve existing processes and providing timely and accurate performance reporting to ensure Company continues to retain its competitive edge.



You will take the lead in the rollout out of key enhancements and projects, which include performing the User Acceptance Testing (UA) process globally to ensure all user requirements, are fully tested. You will also work closely with the front office investment professionals by acting as a technical expert within the business, and play a key role in understanding business requirements, underlying needs, play a bridging role between the front office investment teams and the technology department and ensure accurate documentation of business requirements, test plans and test results.



Ideal candidates is Bachelor Degree holder majoring in Accountancy, Business, Banking & Finance, Information System or Computer Science with at least 3 years of experience in business analyst roles within the financial services industry, including the execution of UAT. You must have the project management experience and strong problem solving skills. You should be able to communicate effectively to key stakeholders and work independently.
