Regional Facilities Manager

Hays is recruiting a Regional Facilities Manager for a prestigious, global organisation that provides services to blue chip corporates and financial services institutions.
The Regional Facilities Manager will be based in Hong Kong but with approximately 25% travel across north Asia, including Greater China, Japan, Mongolia and Korea. You will lead key projects and activities, building and maintaining effective relationships with internal customers and the Facilities Management vendor. You will allocate resources, prioritise tasks and ensure that policies and procedures are in line with Facilities standards.
To be considered for this role you must have ten years facilities management experience both within a vendor and in-house. You should be able to communicate fluently, both verbally and in writing in English and also speak either Cantonese / Mandarin where possible.You will have experience communicating with various stakeholders including at a very senior level. You must be able to think strategically and yet be willing to deal with issues hands-on.
