As a relatively new player to the Christchurch market our client provides specialist independent property advice in addition to development management.



With the board of Directors having a firmly established history in Canterbury this business has gone from strength to strength in recent years. Offering their clients such services as property advisory, cost consultancy, project management and facilities management the present market has seen their team grow significantly. Subsequently as a result of this growth our client is seeking to develop further the cost consultancy element of their business.



For this role the right candidate will be at a senior level in their career with a minimum of 8 years experience within a consultancy setting. As a leader in your field you will bring to the table an established clientèle base within the Canterbury and wider region. Having experience in creating and developing a new division of a business will ensure you stand out from the crowd.
