Providing a full range of plumbing services including repairs, maintenance and drainage this business originated from the North Island. With the experience of 30 years in the industry they deliver a high level of service and expertise.



Having extended their knowledge into the Christchurch market to assist with the rebuild this businesses reputation for exceeding expectations has carried down South and seen them win a multimillion dollar project.



Due to this game changing project our client can no longer continue to rotate teams down from the North Island and are subsequently looking to grow and develop a reliable and skilful team in Christchurch that will continue seeing business be an industry leader in the commercial plumbing environment. As a first step in this growth they are seeking a Quantity Surveyor.



Having experience in the plumbing industry in New Zealand is essential for this role. As the right candidate you will be predominately based on site and will need to be confident in detailing with Construction Professionals, completing site specific QS tasks such as measuring variations, dealing with claims and bring this multimillion dollar project through to final accounts. You will also be expected to navigate your way through the tender market winning the organisation a strong forward work load.



This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the growth and development of a business in a new location. Ideally this role would suit an individual who has built a career in the plumbing sector and now is looking to get off the tools and into the office. The sky's the limit for what lies ahead!
