A leading life insurer is looking for an insurance sales trainer as part of its field distribution team in Singapore.



You will conduct upfront delivery of training presentations to new advisers in the areas of life insurance product knowledge, financial planning process, sales advisory process and soft skills. You will also organize and facilitate relevant seminars, events and relevant training activities for the advisers.



To be considered for the role, you will have at least 3 years of agency sales experience in the insurance industry. To be successful in this role, you will have a strong passion in training and motivating people as well as the competency in stand-up training delivery.
