This well established international business has a major projects office based in Christchurch and are now looking for a strong Intermediate to Senior Quantity Surveyor to help take the reins and lead the team forward! Projects are varied and vast within the Health and Education sectors.



Due to rapid growth, this established business needs a focused Commercial Quantity Surveyor to manage a large scale project due to start construction shortly! Alongside standard QS/Estimating duties, you will have the opportunity to step up and manage a team.



As the ideal candidate you will have a tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management and 10 years of practical on the job experience. You will have excellent cost planning abilities and good all round pre and post contract management skills. With outstanding communication skills and the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders and subcontractors, your professional manner and 'can do' attitude will shine.
