An opportunity has come to fruition to join an employer of choice for a permanent position commencing in the New Year. Due to expanding growth and a continued investment in their people, they are currently seeking the expertise of a Leasing Coordination professional.



The primary function of this role is to assist with the leasing administration for a well established property group.



As the ideal candidate you will possess demonstrated experience in a similar role. This will involve liaising with tenants in regards to payments, maintaining company registers and schedules, managing drawing and lease plans, managing financial information and tracking deliveries. Previous experience within the property industry is paramount.



To be considered for this role, you will need to be an experienced Leasing Coordination Assistant with experience working in a multi-functioned role. You are dynamic and driven and able to work quickly and efficiently, without supervision. Articulate and professional, you will be a strong communicator and will be confident liaising at all levels of seniority. Communication with internal and external stakeholders will be particularly important. In addition, effectively managing all relevant documentation, filing, word processing and general administration duties will be a main focus for this role. This is an office based role and Intermediate to advanced MS office skills are required.
