Our client is an internationally known luxury fashion retail brand. They are currently looking to recruit a vocal individual to fill the position of Chief Accountant for the regional market with strong focus on Greater China.



You will report directly to the COO based in Hong Kong, and manage a team in HK and China. Your responsibility will be to provide financial advice to support in business decisions. Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, etc with a particular focus on China GAAP & Fiscal requirements in China. You will be responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations for HK, Macau and China. You will perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts. You will be responsible for timely monthly financial statements, payments, fiscal due date for HK, Macau & China. You will review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries. You will develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up. Support Central HQ in the daily operation on HK/Macau/China market. Support local fiscal/accounting consultant for extraordinary operations.



You have 6-7 + years of accounting and finance experience. You will possess strong business acumen and analytical skills. Fashion retail experience is a must. You will also have a good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
