A world-leading American pharmaceutical company is seeking a high-level Senior HR Business Partner to focus on recruiting, organisational development, employee relations, talent Development for one of their largest business units. You will work in this most senior position liaising with other Senior business leaders as an individual contributor within an exciting, innovative and fast-paced industry.



They are looking for an experienced, committed, confident and flexible individual to join the senior HR Business Partner team. You will mainly be strategically responsible for HR processes, performance and project management, as well as talent development amongst other aspects of HR. You will be working internationally within the local HR team and good English communication will be necessary as you also work with global.



To succeed in this role, you must display a flawless HR BP background within a foreign environment and have excellent senior management experience. You must also display multi-tasking abilities, be pro-active and able to develop good relationships with employees including the senior HR management team. Having some experience with a manufacturing or Life Science company is most welcomed but not necessary; successful candidates will have strong HRBP experience and display compatibility with the company and role.
