Lync Engineer

Sydney Area, Australia, AU - Information Services

This position will be responsible for the development of Microsoft Lync Solutions, Implementations and Migrations for a range of clients.

Responsibilities:

• The role will work closely with various HP Project Teams to develop Detailed Microsoft Lync Solution Designs and Migration Plans for a range of clients in Asia Pacific.


• This position will work closely with the HPES Project Management, Project Technical Lead, Infrastructure Engineers and other Service Provider Groups to develop and implement technical solutions.


• Third Level Problem Resolution.

Qualifications/Experience

• Demonstrated Experience with OCS and LYNC 2010 / 2013.


• Demonstrated experience in Enterprise Infrastructure Solution design involving Microsoft Exchange 2003 / 2007 / 2010.


• Demonstrated experience working within enterprise environments.

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Knowledge of Networking Technologies.


• Knowledge of other Microsoft technologies including Active Directory.


• Knowledge of Email Archiving products.


• Understanding of a broad range of LAN Infrastructure Technologies and Trends.


• Flexible, Adaptive and Motivated Work Ethic.


• Special Requirements: e.g. shift work - lifting – on-call required etc..


• Able to work on own as well as in a team environment.


• Some out of hours work may be required.


• Australian Citizens with the ability to obtain Australian Federal Government Security Clearance.
