This well established property developer has experienced continued growth in recent times and have continued expanding their portfolio in South East Queensland



Reporting to the National Marketing Manager you will you be directly responsible for your local strategy and subsequent initiatives. Advertising, promotional campaigns and the management of local events are all core duties within this role. You will have a 'hands on' approach and the ability to effectively manage your budget.



To be successful in this role you require a robust background in marketing. Your passion for marketing and developing new concepts and ideas will be evident as will your motivation to succeed.



This is a great opportunity to work within a national property group and create and implement a "vision" for this development project.
