Payroll Specialist

We are working with a biotechnology company, leader in the industry which provides a range of products and services. They have offices throughout US, Asia/Pacific, Europe.



They are currently looking for a for a Payroll and Social Insurance Specialist, to add to the current team in Tokyo due to the rapid expansion witnessed in the last few years. As a Payroll and Social Insurance Specialist you work closely with the HR Manager and Director to provide excellent support to approximately 300 staff in Japan.



The ideal candidate will have about three years of Payroll and Social Insurance experience. Strong excel skills (macro would be highly preferred) and ability to do calculations is a definite plus (in this role you will mainly managing vendors). Future career path could include active hiring of new staff as well as help shape the strategy and policies for future expansion.
