Highly successful leading global consultancy, who provide a risk management solution for businesses in the SME market are looking for a strong Contact centre Sales Manager.

This role will lead an outbound telemarketing team who support a growing field sales team with qualified leads and book new business meetings, as well as support seminars and events with inviting attendees.



Your role will be to maximise the team's productivity, by motivating, training and coaching your staff, as well as recruiting the right people, and fostering a positive sales culture that will deliver consistent results.



You will be highly instrumental in the day-to-day performance of your team, and will be accountable directly to the Business Development Director on delivering individual and team KPI's, and you will be heavily responsible for managing lead generation and performance, leading to new business acquisition within your team dynamic.



Day to day, you will recruit, roster, and manage the performance of the call centre team, motivating your team to deliver on campaigns, targets, monitoring call quality, set and motivate staff to hit KPIs, as well as providing mentoring to get the most from those challenging team members. Key to this role will be your ability to lead sales people to consistent results.



This position is pay $100k base + Super with OTE of $110k/$130k depending on experience. The KPIs are geared so you can achieve your targets, but are designed to ensure you are focused on delivering results.



Successful candidates will demonstrate similar experience, and will have had a minimum of two years' experience managing sales people in the recent past.
