They are currently offering an exciting Corporate Facilities Manager to take responsibility for their significant prime CBD facilities including all corporate services. This is a traditional Corporate FM position with additional focus on workspace management and relocations project management. directly managing 4 and a team of 9 will provide you with strong staff management exposure, whilst liaising with the executive will challenge your influencing and negotiation skills.
A significant relocation project is currently in the pipeline and you will be an integral member of the project team to ensure smooth transition of staff and services. There is a strong focus from a corporate and business stream perspective on risk and continuity planning. There are supplementary building services which you are required to ensure are maintained to compliance, and you will be responsible for WHS for the facilities.
