A Unique opportunity has become available in Townsville to join an award winning sales team. One of Australia's leading development groups who manage a large portfolio of, industrial and retail properties, residential communities, retirement living villages, retail, office and industrial assets.
Day to day you will develop business plans to achieve maximum market potential and provide ongoing support to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded. Your expertise will allow you to assist with the competitive pricing of after sales products and packages. You will be tasked with executing marketing programs, monitoring their execution and reporting on results to management.
To be successful in this role you will be a proven leader dedicated to growth in the Townsville region, you will be focused on exceeding customer expectations and have the ability to build a strong rapport with others, implementing systems to develop your network.
