Project Manager- Belfast

Project Manager to 45k Belfast



Our clients prides themselves in their ability to provide innovative business and technical solutions to a wide range of high profile clients in the public and private sector using Microsoft technologies.



They now require a Project Manager to lead a project team in the successful delivery of complex enterprise solutions built around our ownEnterprise Framework and/or Microsoft SharePoint and/or Microsoft CRM.

In this role, you will work very closely with their clients to provide Project Management for Software Development and Implementation Projects provide input into, and feedback on Departmental Planning and Resourcing, and support project and business analyst resources in the understanding of Customer Business needs

Responsibilities -

You will be assigned specific responsibilities typically including, but not limited to:

Production of Project Plans, Project Control Documents, Project Reports

Management of overall project deliverables and each project Stage deliverables

Identification and Management of Project Issues and Risks

Assist with the analysis and documentation of customer requirements

Organise and assist with customer workshops and customer project meetings.

Manage internal Project Board meetings



Experience -

Significant experience in project management within a Software development environment, with a track record in

successful delivery of such projects within customer and commercial expectations.

Ideally with experience in both formal (PRINCE2) and agile project delivery methodologies.

Experience in Risk Analysis and Risk Management

Sound communication skills including ability to deliver presentations using structure & style appropriate to the audience

Good commercial awareness and sound understanding of project and business dynamics

Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure taking a balanced view of client demands

Capable of effective prioritisation of tasks and personal time management, while recognising and flagging issues outside area of own expertise

Required:



IT-related degree

Previous Software Development experience

You will also have -

Ability to think logically and troubleshoot problems

Excellent written and verbal communications skills
