An excellent job opportunity for an experienced Serviced Office Agent to join a major force in West End office agency and take a key role within their specialist serviced office team.



Here you will be responsible for the business-to-business sales of office brokerage services to senior decision makers who may be looking for space, generating new business from cold and warm pre-qualified leads and will splitting your time between phone based new business and face to face meetings / viewings.



You will be responsible for researching lease breaks/expiries and spotting opportunities for companies looking to relocate, managing those relationships and becoming the preferred broker when your clients need new services office premises.



To be considered, you will experience within the service office sector and have performed business-to-business sales - strong new business sales experience is vital as well as exposure to the management of serviced office pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong awareness and knowledge of the property market, including new property openings and central London availability.



Your soft skills will be well developed and you will thrive working in a target driven role and you will be able to fully understand the client requirements, expectations and decision making process.
