Product Cost Lead


  • Develop, define and implement models to help understand drivers for product costs across the supply chain. Integrate the financial flows with the operations flows to gain an understanding of the cost drivers.

  • Roll up total cost of sales for products being supported and do all necessary comparisons to previous revisions of product cost of sales. Clearly articulate what changes have occurred between revisions of product costs and proactively identify cost reduction opportunities for these products in collaboration with the Partner Focal Points (PFPs) and the Design for Low Cost Supply Chain team.

  • Lead teams with representation across functional, regional and global business unit (GBU) to develop and enhance business processes and model supply chain costs.

  • Influence multiple stakeholders and interact with managers and directors.





Qualifications




  • Typically 4 - 6 years of experience in a supply chain function.

  • Experience in more than one supply chain function and supply chain analysis

  • Experience in handling mechanical (plastics or metal) commodities advantageous.
