Customer Service Coordinator

Sydney Area, Australia, AU - Environmental Services


  • Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm

  • $45-55K + Super; Industry leader




Our client is a well-known name in Environmental Services and is proud to be an industry leader in Australia. Due to continued success they are looking for a skilled and committed Customer Service Coordinator to join their collaborative team in the Chatswood office.



Working to KPIs and targets within a team of 7, you will be the first point of contact for Customers calling into the business. Handling an average of 100 calls a day, you will be handling general inquiries, booking services, addressing complaints and data entry onto the CRM system.



The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months experience in a high volume Customer Service role (80-120 calls a day). Experience working within waste management or environmental services will be highly advantageous, as will be experience logging jobs or dispatching drivers or technicians. Your data entry skills must be impeccable and your communication skills second to none.



With this role comes full training and a salary of $55K + Super. You will be based in the Chatswood office working Monday to Friday 9 to 5.
