Senior Asset Manager

Our client is a well known fund company and they invest many commercial projects in mainland China. Currently they're looking for a Senior Asset Manager because of expansion.



As a Senior Asset Manager, you're going to oversee the assets' performance by identifying and evaluating new add-on opportunities, managing partner relationships and reviewing tenancy mix, setting effective marketing plans and controlling operating expenses to maximise asset profitability



To apply this role, you need to have Minimum 8 years of commercial real estate asset management experience. Experience in retail mall management or property management is preferred.
