Transport Shift Manager

Our client is a large distribution specialist in the FMCG and food distribution sector based in North Kent. They are an excellent organisation and Hays are proud to recruit for them.



This role is for a Transport Shift Manager, working a rotating 4 on 4 off pattern.



The role will be supervising the operational team (office and driving personnel) in line with the business objectives, customer service levels and current legislative requirements.



The successful candidate will be commercially aware and be able to manage the operation in line with the agreed budget. They must also support the Operations Manager by reviewing financial and operational performance through the completion of KPI's.
