A class leading builder who specialise in commercial construction is looking to appoint an experienced Contract Administrator / Quantity Surveyor to join the team and share the workload.

The company delivers large scale apartments and institutional projects in the region of $50M - $100M. The main focus of the role will be the letting and vetting of all packages, processing variations, RFIs and providing monthly reports.

The leading builder has over $500M worth of work in construction at the moment and you will join an existing team of experienced professional who will support you along the way.

Ideally you will have a minimum of three years post grad experience, a degree in a construction related field and some local experience. This job will involve meticulous attention to detail, the building of close working relationships with people at every stage of the supply chain and the ability to negotiate with clients and contractors to get the best value for money.
