With a strong, newly formed sales team, their focus is on forming communities with choices that are affordable for Australian families. With strong projections for the New Year, they now seek a State Sales Manager to head a combined and united sales culture.



Reporting to the General Manager in Residential development, you will play a key role in WA's senior management team. You will be an experienced people manager with demonstrable success in driving, inspiring and motivating a large team. You will have experience setting and achieving budgets and drive profit through sustainable generation of revenue. You will reinforce relationships with stakeholders through positive engagement and through exceptional communication skills. You will have had input in to business strategy, setting direction and through tactical decision making
