A NSW State Government Department is currently looking for a skilled Business Analyst with a keen interest in social policy to join their team on an initial 3 month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing team who offer a diverse skill set and exceptional ability to achieve team goals.



The key responsibility of this position will be to work with project teams across the agency to analyse and report on data in order to determine the social and financial return on investment of specific programs. The ideal person for this position will have previous experience working in government, understand the specifics of social policy, skilled at economic modelling and performance analysis, have the ability to carry out a cost/ benefit analysis in order to make informed decisions as well as the ability to identify trends and gaps and offer sound advice in a simple way. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills is essential for this role.



Candidate's who have previously worked for a 'big 4' consultancy and have completed their MBA will be looked upon favourably.
