In line with their continued success a role has become available for a passionate Senior Regional Manager.

This role requires a driven and sales focused individual who inspires and motivates both the customers and their employees. You will be a hands on manager, leading from the front. You must have a passion for developing your stores and working with your teams on the floor. You will have a proven track record of people development and succession planning. As someone who is responsible for the achievement of sales results you will have the leadership skills to inspire your team to deliver.

With this in mind they need someone with extensive experience within fashion retail Regional Management. Strong sales and business development skills will ensure that state and store KPI's are exceeded.
