Commercial Accountant/Property Manager

An innovative, entrepreneurial company in Bournemouth are looking for an experienced Accountant to join their team.



The role will involve day-to-day bookkeeping, preparation of management accounts and year-end accounts, LLP cashflows and Investor Appraisals. This is a hands on role that will also involve problem-solving and being the first point of contact for tenants, suppliers and stakeholders.



The successful candidate will ideally be a qualified accountant but candidates will also be considered that have an extensive Accounts experience within the Property sector.
