Our client delivers custom solutions to the oil and gas industry's challenges. The company has grown significantly, both through internal growth and acquisitions. The addition of services has grown out of the needs of their customers, and spurred by their desire to link complementary technologies and processes. The job title to be recruited is Senior Mechanical Engineer based in Malaysia.



This person reports to the Engineering Manager. This person is accountable to perform design, control, review design & engineering (piping and/or mechanical) and also to implement capital build and CER (Internal build) mechanical design successfully, within schedule, meeting specification and budget. This person will be accountable for produced water treatment projects.



The right person should possess mechanical engineering degree with more than 5 years working experience in design of water & wastewater and produced water treatment plants. Knowledgeable and experience in oil and gas industry and well verse with various standards such as API, ASME, ANSI etc. Proficient in PVElite and Compress software and pressure vessel design. Have in depth knowledge in ASME sec. VIII Div 1 and ASME 1 U-stamp requirement.
