Service Delivery Manager

Manchester, United Kingdom, GB - Transportation/Trucking/Railroad

A forward thinking proactive Service Delivery Manager is required to join a rapidly expanding technology based company which has recently received investment to grow.



The role requires the SDM to;



* Oversee the client/supplier process from end to end to ensure that internal departments are communicating effectively and delivering the best possible service to both new and existing clients.

* Troubleshoot issues and to mentor and develop staff when required

* Implementation of numerous projects for the business,

* Help to achieve targets for new and existing customers.

* To maintain and strive to improve client/supplier relationships in line with current procedures.

* To identify additional procedures to streamline client processes.

* Work closely with department managers to promote clear and effective interdepartmental communication

* To ensure that all service level agreements are implemented efficiently and adhered to at all times

* Ensure that systems, processes and methodologies are specified and followed to ensure effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery.

* Maintain profitability as set out in the SLA's



Must possess a flair for and demonstrate an intrinsic understanding of SLA's in order to maintain profitability, whilst also ensuring that systems, processes and methodologies are specified and followed to ensure effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery.



Proven experience within a client relations environment is essential, as well as proven exposure to customer and supplier needs. In addition the ideal candidate



* Have at least 5 years management experience with cross functional teams.

* Experience operating in a fast paced rapidly growing organisation

* Able to work in a multi company environment

* Have a solid operational process background

* Demonstrate knowledge and experience of contact centre service provision

* Demonstrate a good understanding of CRM and other associated packages
