Credit Analyst

“Hays Accounting & Finance and their client a multinational, highly reputable financial services company in the Greater Toronto Area are seeking an experienced Credit Analyst for a role in Markham.”



As the Credit Analyst you will support customers with credit inquiries through the credit adjudication process and ensure all customer credit inquiries are handled appropriately by positively contributing to the customer experience by fostering good relationships. As the Credit Analyst you will track and escalate credit issues to team managers to achieve business objectives and targets. As the Credit Analyst you will provide subject matter expertise for internal and external finance professionals with the credit area. As the Credit Analyst you will understand and apply bank/finance center operating policies and procedures. As the Credit Analyst you will more accurate decisions on credit deals from within established standards and limits of credit adjudication and contribute to the achievement of satisfactory audits by identifying areas of risk and escalate.



The ideal candidate for this excellent opportunity will have; a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a high paced, call service environment; experience working in financial services is considered an asset; have a positive attitude and accurate data entry skills; strong communication skills; and able to handle themselves well over the phone.
