An enviable opportunity has arisen for an experienced banking and finance lawyer to join their close-knit in-house legal team in a business facing role, supporting the fixed income business. You will be involved in advising on fixed income sales and trading, securitisation and debt capital markets. The in-house legal team provides assistance across the business, meaning you will also be involved in matters ranging from regulatory investigations to employment law issues.



To be successful in this role, you will have 4-6 years PAE with a strong debt background. You will be dealing closely with business stakeholders and, therefore, a commercial and pragmatic approach is essential. Top-tier experience and in-house secondments will be viewed favourably.
