A great job opportunity exists to work for a HKEx listed major property developer. Our client also operates transportation services across Europe and the APAC region. With property being its core business, the company is actively involved in the development of key residential and commercial projects both locally and overseas. An expanding property portfolio has created this opportunity for a senior legal counsel to join their team in Hong Kong.



The key responsibilities of this role include providing legal advice and assistance on issues relating to projects and construction matters in Hong Kong. You will be required to negotiate and draft project/construction documentation and assist in claims and disputes review.



Candidates who wish to be considered for this position must be qualified lawyers with 6+ PQE. Strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English is essential. Cantonese language skills are preferred.
