Are you a commercial fit out expert who understands the unique challenges of managing technical and detailed commercial fit out and refurbishment projects over $1 million. If so this is your opportunity to land a long term contract( at least 9 months) with the largest fit out company in NSW.



Our client is a long established builder with operations all over Australia and Asia. They are split into two divisions construction and fit out (With the fit out side being the busiest currently). The fit out division under take works from $500k -$10 million and will include fit out and major refurbishment for blue chip clients.



As site manager within this builder you will effectively be running your own show whilst reporting into a senior project manager. You will be responsible for all day to day construction and refurbishment operations onsite and all of the relevant subcontractors. Your absolute key requirement will be to ensure that the day to day running of the site is completely on- track whilst liaising with the relevant stakeholders and maintaining OHS. To do this you will be from a mid to top builder with a minimum of five years under your belt.



You will be a fantastic communicator who will be able to generate positive relationships quickly with the key stakeholders on this project (Client side PM) Of course it goes without saying that you will have a large amount of fitout and refurbishment experience behind you as well. Ideally you will have site managed projects up to at least $1 million and believe you are capable of handling bigger.



Nights and weekends will be required as and when needed.
