Our client is a renowned global law firm currently looking for an enthusiastic highly technical Data Centre Engineer to join their Infrastructure Team.



You will be responsible to provide 3rd line support for all aspects of the Data Centre and Cloud Services infrastructure on all sites in person, on the phone or via remote connection; maintain Systems stability, security, capacity and availability and to ensure infrastructure is fit for purpose now and in the future; Assist with the delivery of new infrastructure and services as part of project related work in accordance with project management standards and processes; and take ownership of incidents and handle them in accordance with agreed Incident Management Policy and SLAs



To be selected, you will be MCSE or CCA qualified with a minimum of 3 years' experience of Active Directory 2008 and Group Policy Management, SQL, Citrix web infrastructure, as well as Windows 7 client administration. Strong Knowledge of ITIL and its core components, LAN WAN technologies will be highly regarded.



You must have a proactive approach with excellent technical problem solving and analytical skills, a self starter and able to take initiative to interact with people in multiple business roles, you must also speak fluent English.
