Rapidly growing IT solutions company with a very bright future, seeks a HR Business Partner for their HR team able to support the company with a wide-range of HR issues as they seek to expand abroad. Based in central Tokyo, the atmosphere in the company is very international and exciting.



You will use your drive and bilingual communication skills to support staff from a wide-range of backgrounds on employee relations issues, performance management, learning and development and head-count planning. This is an excellent chance to widen your HR experience into a broad range of functions.



You will be self-motivated, energetic, with an outgoing, affable personality. At least 3 years HR generalist experience is a must, strong English/Japanese required.
