My client a high profile public sector organisation are looking for an experienced Human Resources officer to assist with the setting up of HR polices and procedures.

This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Candidate who has had previous experience with in state government, using this exposure you will be able to advise the directors and managers on employee matters around awards, annual and sick leave and overtime.



You will be confident in developing processes around the above on addition to educating your internal stakeholders on policies and training them on how to train and educate their own staff, focusing on performance management

As well as other generalist duties you will be able to develop a human resources plan for the team and have the skills to implement and engage with all employees.
