This large scale plant incorporates a complex multi-stage process to produce a high quality refined mineral product for the international market. Here is an exciting opportunity on offer for a Mechanical Supervisor. This role is a permanent one; therefore you are required to commit yourself to the organisation, your team & management and be prepared to become an integral part of the business.



As the ideal candidate, you will be, or currently are, a Mechanical Supervisor in a maintenance capacity and will have worked in a highly hazardous plant. Reporting to the superintendent, your role as Mechanical Supervisor will oversee a hard working team of trade staff. You will ensure operational needs are met and associated costs are managed accordingly. As with any site, a particular emphasis on safety is crucial to this role and conducting regular safety meetings to ensure the safety of your team is a must.



Your mechanical fitting trade qualification is an inherit requirement, however any additional certificate or training will be highly regarded.
