As Cleaning Estimator you will be the linchpin between the Business Development team and Operations regarding contract opportunities, tenders and Bids. You will have the necessary communication skills and industry experience to question and interpret the BD team regarding scopes of work relating predominately to labour requirements, and make rational judgements regarding the accuracy of information provided, ensuring tender responses are realistically priced to ensure win contracts and maintain service margins. You will be providing base data for the models you create for the contracts and ensure all service components and costs are included.



The remuneration for this Cleaning Estimator role will be market relevant - circa $90K + profit based incentive. You will be part of a dedicated BID and Business Development Team with an enviable success record in securing ongoing profitable cleaning contracts.
