Our client is a growing mid tier builder who have been operating in the greater Melbourne area for over 20 years. With over 50 people employed throughout the business they have been strategically growing their business and are now looking for a senior site manager to oversee a circa $80m project that has recently been awarded. Historically this business is well know for their ability to deliver complex and technically demanding institutional projects for clients on both the public and private side.



With current market conditions continuing to improve in the local market we now have a need to expand our team with the addition of a senior site manager to oversee a large project in the western suburbs of Melbourne. This project is scheduled for over two years and all signs lead to more work coming through going forward. With this in mind we are looking for someone with proven experience in the Melbourne market delivering complex projects (not apartments) up to the value of $100m as this is the vision for future works. We will be looking for people who can show an indepth knowledge of the Victorian market, a proven portfolio of fully completed projects and shown loyalty to previous employers.



This is a sound opportunity for someone looking to join a progressive up and coming builder who truly value their staff, but have all the systems and processes of a larger tiered company.

Please note this role would suit candidates who have worked for tier 1 builders looking to move to a smaller team environment.
