This employer is an award winning national contractor, their Melbourne team are are offering an outstanding opportunity for an consummate Project Manager with strong capabilities on Institutional projects to $15m. With an enviable base of repeat clients that provide a pipeline of captivating and distinct projects you will have the opportunity to manage these projects in a accommodating team environment.



As a Project Manager with this group you will have complete responsibility for all financials, programs and project delivery. You will be required to oversee up to 1-2 projects simultaneously depending on their size and complexity, typically ranging between $1m-$15m.



To be considered for this role you must come from a similar position within the Melbourne market seeking the next step. Strong programming, budgeting and client management skills are required and you must be able to demonstrate a proactive approach towards quality and OH&S.
